Taking care of a little baby for the first time can be utterly confusing and frustrating. I know I am……….. ((-_-))……………. But when my baby boy Ray laughs his little baby laugh, all heaven opens up and my heart absolutely melts, and dang-it, it’s all worth it~~~ And then with renewed energy, I try to be the best mom to him as I can. ((^_^))
But sometimes, it can feel like I’m the only one going through this. Hence, I started this blog to share some life-saving info, embarrasing breakdowns, and nasty bawling moments. Just to say, “hey, you’re not alone.” So WELCOME everyone, and repeat after me… “I’m not alone…”

I remember when Ray was a newborn, he would sleep almost throughout the day, only to wake up every two to three hours around the clock for feeding and playing (for about 1 to 2 hours). No drama, no fussy baby. The good old days are gone! Now, this little guy just doesn’t want to take his nap. I know that getting enough sleep is vital for babies since their brains and bodies are developing at a fast rate. So I worried that Ray wasn’t getting enough sleep. I wondered whether there was something I can do to help Ray get his naps regularly and more consistently. So like always, I put my research skills to the test. |
